Coming from an immigrant background, Zakaria, the youngest of five children, arrived with his family when there was a need for labor in Berry. Integration was a natural process and Zakaria grew up combining his two cultures, French and Moroccan. Zakaria has He traveled extensively around the world and each time he came to Rosières, he would savour with delight the incomparable Mint Tea of his mother, Mouima . "Your Tea is a marvel, one day, I will sell it all over the world" he told her tenderly. He did not think he would keep this promise but when the first woman in his life died in 2015 , to pay tribute to her and keep his word, he decided to create " Moroccan Mint Tea - Berry”.
It was in Rosières that Maison NANA1807 was born in 2020 in the family home and which is assembled, handcrafted, MOUIMA Mint Tea and the five other recipes that followed. These are organic quality teas that are selected and essences that enhance the taste. Zakaria had the help of "noses" for the development of the different mint teas " Mintéalogie is to Mint Teas what oenology is to wines, it is a science, a culture ."
When the Master of Ceremonies, Zakaria, the youngest, elegantly serves us the MOUIMA Tea , we are transported into a world of flavors and subtleties, we savor in silence, we delight in this nectar. "Quality tea does not need sugar to be appreciated" explains Zakaria and adds "Tea does not like artificial light. During blending and preparation of orders, natural light is preferred.
