Morocco, the birthplace of the Mint Tea ritual, and Berry, where the family settled in May 1968.

In Rosières, in the gentle Berry region of Champagne, Mouima prepared Moroccan tea whose reputation extended beyond the walls of the family home. Her precise and generous way of serving tea transformed every visit into a moment of sharing.
