Every year, we proudly support solidarity initiatives that celebrate cultural diversity and respect for our environment. Names like Mouima, Alhambra, Biarritz, Good Hope, and Green City aren’t just titles — they are stories filled with love, peace, and wanderlust. Each blend evolves within a universe of sweetness and light, enhanced by a unique note that touches your senses — like our Rooibos Mint, blending citrus, hibiscus, and cinnamon.

Crafting Excellence | From Tradition to Innovation

Creating a new Mint Tea is a labor of love. Development takes two to three months and many tastings to perfect. Our first recipe, MOUIMA, sought to capture the delicate and authentic flavor of the Moroccan tea made by our beloved Mouima. This process took nine months— a gestation period involving collaboration with world-renowned Tea Masters.

We are proud to present five exclusive recipes in our “SOUVENIRS MOUIMA” collection, honoring the extraordinary woman who inspired us, five years after her passing. Our next challenge is to create a Mint Tea inspired by the wisdom of our grandfather, Hajj Brahim — peace be upon him — to evoke the sweetness of his smile in every cup.

We favor summer and autumn harvests to ensure exceptional quality and consistent flavor. Every leaf and mint leaf is rigorously selected, tasted, and approved by our Mint Tea Master to guarantee a truly authentic experience.
