The creation of a new Mint Tea

For each new creation, it takes 2 to 3 months of development and several samples tasted so that the best taste is found.

For the development of the first recipe for mint tea - MOUIMA - the idea seemed simple but delicate to achieve: it was about finding the taste of the delicious Moroccan tea prepared by Mouima. The development process lasted 9 months - the time of a gestation - by meeting the greatest Tea Masters in the world.

Our next challenge is to create a mint tea that evokes the wisdom embodied by our grandfather - Hajj Brahim - Peace to his soul. So that when tasting a cup, we can find the sweet notes of his smile. A real challenge...!

Excellent Quality and Consistent Taste

To create an excellent collection of mint teas, Maison NANA1807 collaborates with Tea and Mint Experts from organic farming in conjunction with Great Gardens in China and mint plantations in Europe and the Middle East.

Summer and autumn harvests are preferred in order to obtain teas of excellent quality and a consistent taste.

Each tea and each mint are tasted, selected, purchased, and validated by the Mint Tea Master of Maison NANA1807.
