Crafts, Color and Mint Tea in Mehun-sur-Yèvre
At the start of the school year, the Atelier de l'Olivier and Maison NANA1807 are joining forces to offer Creative Saturdays where artisanal traditions, innovation and sensory experiences meet. This partnership aims to create a unique space where excellent know-how and contemporary inspirations meet , offering a cultural, aesthetic and taste experience, notably around Organic Mint Tea and the "Mint Tea for Peace" ceremony .

A Gallery That Reinvents Itself
The Galerie de l'Olivier becomes a true creative laboratory , where the expertise of traditional crafts combines with contemporary innovations. Painting, textiles, ceramics or featherwork: each discipline is highlighted with the aim of preserving artisanal gestures while exploring new forms, textures and aesthetics.
This approach reflects that of Maison NANA1807 , which glorifies Moroccan Tea while innovating around Mint Tea : teas of all colors, mints of all varieties and ingredients from organic or Demeter agriculture. The Saturdays of Creation thus become a place where craftsmanship, color and tea meet to offer a unique cultural and sensory experience.

Mehun-sur-Yèvre, Town of Arts and Crafts
Mehun-sur-Yèvre , recognized as a Town of Arts and Crafts , displays a living heritage where local traditions and external influences meet harmoniously.
This is where Maison NANA1807 has set up its Tea Room , offering visitors a refined setting to enjoy exceptional teas.
L' Atelier de l'Olivier , present since 2020, is inaugurating its new Gallery this year , a space dedicated to unique exhibitions and events. Hosting the Saturdays of Creation in this place means entering into dialogue with local history and craftsmanship while living a contemporary and refined experience.
Together, Atelier de l'Olivier and Maison NANA1807 illustrate Berry's commitment to preserving crafts and supporting local artisans , in perfect harmony between tradition and modernity.
Creation Saturdays and the Olivier Prize
The next Saturdays of Creation put into perspective the great festival of creation of the Prix de l'Olivier , an event which accompanies the European cultural movement of Bourges 2028 .
With a Euro-Mediterranean ambition , the Prix de l'Olivier promotes cultural heritage and artistic crafts while supporting female entrepreneurship , linking Berry to the Mediterranean basin.
These Saturdays thus become a prefiguration and a foretaste of this major celebration of creativity and artisanal excellence.

Color as a Common Thread
From October to December, the Saturdays of Creation offer a journey around color , punctuated by tastings of exceptional teas from Maison NANA1807 :
-
October 11 – Earth, sand and ochre: warm shades evoking desert landscapes and shimmering interiors, enhanced by Moroccan teas .
-
November 15 – The dark fumes of Raku: with ceramicist-sculptor Bénédicte Montier, immerse yourself in the depth of the hues of raku, accompanied by black teas .
-
December 6 – Holiday Red: a symbol of joy and celebration, to be enjoyed with red teas from Maison NANA1807 .
Each edition illustrates how artisanal tradition, innovation and sensoriality can combine to create unique and inspiring experiences.
