By producing, creating, cultivating and transmitting from the Domaine de Rosières , Maison NANA1807 is part of a line of culinary and industrial excellence. Rosières is the former stronghold of the Rolls-Royce of French cooks , whose reputation for quality attracted the attention of Paul Bocuse in the 1970s. Seduced by the precision of the ovens, he made them a symbol of his own high standards: the taste for a job well done, the transmission of know-how and respect for raw materials .

It was in Mehun-sur-Yèvre , a Berry town with a royal past, that the Maison opened its first Mint Tea Café . The intimate address is located opposite the castle of Charles VII , in the gardens of the Duke of Berry .

It was here that Joan of Arc was received after the liberation of Orléans. It was also here that the spirit of the great merchant-traveler Jacques Cœur inspired the ideal of enlightened trade between East and West, a pioneering vision that the Maison honors through its intercultural approach to tea .

But Mehun-sur-Yèvre has also been, for over 200 years , a mecca of fine crafts and exceptional French porcelain . The Pillivuyt and Deshoulières houses, still in business, perpetuate a craft of excellence, which today adorns the tables of the greatest palaces and enlightened lovers of the French art of living.
