A Mission of Knowledge Transfer

The Prix de l’Olivier Mentors' Circle brings together women and men committed to supporting entrepreneurial journeys with impact.

Conceived as a space for knowledge transfer, dialogue, and collective intelligence, this circle aims to support the laureates of the Prix de l’Olivier in their human, strategic, creative, and cultural development.

Beyond skills and expertise, the program primarily values individuals capable of transmitting a vision, experience, high standards, and listening skills.

In a world marked by economic, social, and cultural changes, mentoring appears as an essential lever to sustainably support entrepreneurs engaged in projects with meaning and collective utility.

"Behind every remarkable entrepreneurial journey, there is often an encounter, a transmission, a benevolent gaze capable of encouraging, guiding, and fostering growth."

Marie Teyssou

President of the Prix de l’Olivier

A Community of Commitment

The Prix de l’Olivier Mentors' Circle does not follow a classic entrepreneurial coaching logic.

Inspired by the values of cultural hospitality and Mintéalogie®, the program aims to foster lasting relationships between entrepreneurs, mentors, institutions, partners, and committed individuals.

The Mentors' Circle thus participates in the creation of a unique space at the interface of entrepreneurship, culture, know-how, and relational diplomacy.
