Expelled from Spain in the 17th century, our ancestors found refuge on the shores of the Republic of Salé , participating in its maritime and commercial development. Between Moroccan traditions and Andalusian influences, the art of mint tea becomes a true ceremony, passed down from generation to generation.

Among them, Mouima , the guardian of traditions, who, not yet speaking French, found a universal way to meet her neighbors: offering her hot and fragrant mint tea to the inhabitants of Avenue de la Libération in Vatan (Indre).
