Berry, World Cultures and Mint Tea

Berry | Crossroads of Arts and Timeless Encounters
Since the Middle Ages, Berry has been a place of openness and exchange.
- Jean de Berry, a visionary patron, brought objects and motifs from distant lands into his palaces, inspiring local art, architecture, and craftsmanship.
- Jacques Cœur, a native of Bourges, traveled the Levant and North Africa, bringing back spices, silks, and precious know-how, forging links between cultures and peoples.
In the 19th century, Berry continued to shine thanks to George Sand, who opened her Nohant estate to the greatest artists of her time:
- Frédéric Chopin, a sensitive composer inspired by the harmonies of the world,
- Eugène Delacroix, a painter fascinated by colors and motifs from his travels.
These cultural, artistic, and intellectual exchanges still resonate today in our creations: each Maison NANA1807 Mint Tea is a tribute to these journeys, these encounters, and this openness to others.

Mint Tea | A Journey of Senses and Cultures
At Maison NANA1807, we believe that Mint Tea is a true vector of peace and conviviality. Our teas, whether MOUIMA, COEURS DE BERRY, L’ALHAMBRA, COEURS DU MAROC or COEURS DE GAZA, are designed to offer a unique sensory experience, blending the gardens of Berry and the heritage of traditions from all over the world. Each cup tells a story of travel, sharing and sweetness.
At the end of this year, we have a special thought for the innocent children of Gaza and their courageous mothers, celebrating their resilience and hope through COEURS DE GAZA, a tribute to strength, love, and peace.
