Mintealogy in Sancerre | Mint Tea in Dialogue with the Terroirs

Maison NANA1807 is stopping off in Sancerre for the first time, for its iconic Market of Terroir and Artisanal Traditions. In the heart of the Berry hills, this gourmet stopover celebrates the encounter between local artisanal riches and the culture of Mint Tea for Peace . An invitation to discovery, punctuated by a unique Mintealogy workshop , the oenology of Mint Tea , offered by our teams in a friendly atmosphere.

Maison NANA1807| Mint Tea Rooted in Berry

It is in Berry , the historical and cultural heart of France, that Maison NANA1807 cultivates and shares its art of Mint Tea , between living tradition , artisanal creation and strong territorial roots . Our Tea House draws its inspiration from the landscapes, the know-how and the emblematic places of this territory, to promote its sensory workshops , its Mint Tea Café and its cultural events .

From Rosières to Mehun-sur-Yèvre | Artisanal Roots

Our workshops are located in the former industrial estate of Rosières , within the familistère of the Usines de Rosières , today a space for contemporary creation. This is where our exclusive blends are born, where our Mint Tea ritual is developed, and where Mintealogy, our sensory and scientific approach inspired by oenology, is deployed.

In Mehun-sur-Yèvre , classified as a Town and Craftsmanship , we have opened our Mint Tea Café NANA1807 , opposite the castle of Charles VII, in the gardens of the Duke of Berry. This place of tasting and transmission hosts Mint Tea ceremonies for Peace , exhibitions , Mintealogy workshops and craft meetings in close connection with the creators of the region.

Sancerre | An exceptional terroir | a meeting place for the future

It is with pride that Maison NANA1807 participated for the first time in the Local and Craft Market of Sancerre , "Favorite Village of the French" in 2021. Perched on a rocky peak, this emblematic city of Berry welcomes visitors from all over the world every year, attracted by the beauty of its landscapes and the quality of its crafts.

In this setting, classified among the Most Beautiful Villages of France , we presented our selection of Organic Mint Teas and offered a Mintealogy discovery workshop , a true dialogue of the senses between the terroirs, the plants and the traditions of taste.

Bourges inspires us | European Capital of Culture

Bourges , a city of culture and heritage, occupies a central place in our journey. Maison NANA1807 regularly participates in cultural, gastronomic, and artistic events there. In the summer of 2024, we had the honor of providing the catering services for the opening of the summer art exhibition at the prestigious Palais Jacques Cœur , a masterpiece of flamboyant Gothic architecture.
