MINT TEA AND CHEESE PAIRING
MINT TEA AND CHEESE, A MATTER OF TASTE, A MARRIAGE OF AMAZING, RICH AND SUBTLE FLAVOURS.
At Maison NANA1807, Mint Tea has a wide range of textures and aromas based on a tannin-like structure that balances with the protein and fat in the cheese, creating a just balance in the mouth.
Served hot, its heat naturally rises from the palate to the back of the nose to amplify the flavor and almost ripen the cheese in the mouth.
When you enjoy a cheese, the hot Mint Tea lifts the coating on your palate and brings a series of earthier and even more aromatic notes
