Silence of Berry

Meditation around Mint Tea

Silence around Mint Tea

In an idyllic place surrounded by trees, roses and mints , at the height of an undulating river, you arrive in the Rosières estate, where the MAISON NANA1807 house is located. It is a magical place to taste a collection of Mint Teas , and an ideal place for a silent meditation retreat. Beautiful nature and a friendly atmosphere… Welcome to Berry!

Everything is there in Berry champagne, lonely places where meditation around Mint tea can create peace.

“All the misfortune of men comes from not knowing how to remain at rest, in a room. »Blaise Pascal

For centuries, silent meditation has been reserved for the privileged few who had renounced the world and sought communion - with the divine, the universe or their own inner being - in remote cloisters and places of retirement around the world.

Nowadays however, silent meditation practices have become widely available. The most popular version of this meditation is called the Vipassana retreat. (" see things as they are ").

In Buddhism, “ Vipassanā” is to observe the mind, the source of well-being and all suffering, to ensure its emptiness. This state is achieved by examining the origin, abode, and destination of thoughts that arise in the mind. "

At Maison NANA1807 , we invite you to a silent meditation, before tasting Mint tea , Murâqabah (in Arabic: مُراقَبة ) - literally "observation"

This meditation technique is a process of detaching from the activities of the world at your own pace. The ultimate goal is to nourish your heart with divine love in order to regain the original freedom of human nature.

The Qur'an teaches us that human beings have no other goal than to worship God, to love Him and to know Him.

"I created jinn and human beings only to worship Me" (Quran 51:56)

The origin of the Murâqabah can be found in the teaching of the Prophet Muhammad:

"Worship Allah as if you see Him, and, if you do not see Him, know that He sees you" Prophet Muhammad

In this practice, it is advisable to sit in silent meditation for at least twenty minutes. No special sitting posture is required. At first there is a natural influx of various thoughts. At this point, do not try to control your thoughts, as yoga recommends. The most important thing is to awaken your heart, focusing on your best feelings.

The fruit of Murâqabah is a state of total serenity - "Calm", "Confidence", "Comfort". This 3C formula associated with the stillness of the Heart leads to a stage of contentment in life, called Sakinah (in Arabic: سكينة ).

"It is He who sent down the sakina in the hearts of believers so that they may add faith to their faith" (Quran 48: 4)

At the end of each meditation session, MAISON NANA1807 offers you a Mint Tea . In our current collection, you will have the pleasure of discovering five Mint Tea recipes . Five good reasons to meditate silently at your own pace and according to your desires.
