Mouima loved tulips. In her garden in Rosières, in the heart of the Champagne Berry region of our childhood, she passionately cultivated these colorful flowers, celebrating each beginning of flowering with enthusiasm.

Visiting Keukenhof, this extraordinary garden where more than 7 million bulbs bloom each spring, a sweet thought brings us back to Mouima . This floral spectacle, vibrant with colors and scents, evokes her love for nature and her respect for the cycle of the seasons.

Tulips and mint: a fascinating botanical diversity

It is also this commitment to biodiversity that drives Maison NANA1807. Like these tulips that are reborn each year, we are committed to bringing freshness and authenticity to each cup of mint tea .

Preserving nature, respecting its rhythms and promoting artisanal know-how, this is the common thread of our house, inspired by these childhood moments and by traditions transmitted with love.

In this garden of wonders, more than 800 varieties of tulips flourish, from the elegant Tulipa gesneriana to the dazzling Tulipa clusiana , to the rare and precious Tulipa acuminata with its tapered petals. This diversity echoes another botanical treasure that we cherish just as much: mint .

There are nearly 600 varieties of mints around the world, each with its own identity. From the sweet and refreshing Mentha spicata , which perfumes MOUIMA mint tea , to the more intense and peppery Mentha aquatica , or the rare Mentha requienii, tiny and creeping, with a powerful fragrance despite its small size. This immense aromatic palette is the reflection of a rich and generous nature, which we strive to preserve through our teas and infusions .

Tulipa 'Apeldoorn' and Mint Nana: the essence of perfume

Among the tulips that Mouima cherished so much, one stood out for its brilliance and its captivating scent: the Tulipa 'Apeldoorn' , a deep red, with slightly satiny petals and an intense fragrance. Its intensity is reminiscent of Nana mint , emblematic of Morocco, whose lively and refreshing aroma infuses each cup of Moroccan teas from Maison NANA1807 .
